The USF Health Taneja College of Pharmacy has announced that the first recipient of the Westminster Pharmaceuticals Scholarship for the spring 2023 semester is graduate student Yevgeny Habibe. The scholarship, created and sponsored by Westminster Pharmaceuticals, was designed to help one student pursue a college education in pharmacy, representing the best of the future of pharmaceuticals.

Westminster Pharmaceuticals Partners with OEP Pharma to Bring Single-Source Generic Miglitol to the Marketplace
Westminster Pharmaceuticals has partnered with OEP Pharma to distribute the single-source generic drug miglitol. OEP Pharma, the U.S. subsidiary of OEP Group, holds the only currently approved ANDA to miglitol. It selected Westminster, a rapidly growing private label distributor, from among several companies to enhance patient access to the anti-diabetic medication.
Westminster Pharmaceuticals Donates Over 2,000 Hand Sanitizer Bottles to Local Government Offices for COVID-19 Relief
Westminster Pharmaceuticals joined the fight against the COVID-19 virus by donating over 2,000 bottles of hand sanitizer to local offices in the criminal justice system including the State Attorney’s office, the Office of the Public Defender, and the Administrative Office of the Courts for the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, FL. As local government agencies remain dedicated to staying open and serving their communities, the donation of this critical asset will support a safe and healthy work environment for staff.
