Eplerenone Tablets
Eplerenone tablets are a generic version of Inspra® Tablets, available in tablet form in 25 mg and 50 mg doses and counts of 30 or 90. This medication is indicated to improve the survival of stable patients with symptomatic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction after an acute myocardial infarction as well as for the treatment of hypertension to lower blood pressure.
Paroxetine Extended-Release Tablets, USP
Our Paroxetine Extended-Release Tablets, USP, are generic for Paxil CR® Extended-Release Tablets, USP. They are available in tablet form at a 30-count of 12.5, 25, or 37.5 mg doses. This selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) is indicated in adults for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD), panic disorder (PD), social anxiety disorder (SAD), and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
Zoledronic Acid Injection
Zoledronic Acid Injection is one of our new featured products. A generic for Zometa®, this medication is available in 4mg/5mL vials. It is a bisphosphonate indicated for the treatment of hypercalcemia of malignancy as well as patients with multiple myeloma and those with documented bone metastases from solid tumors in conjunction with standard antineoplastic therapy.
Valacyclovir Tablets, USP
Westminster’s new Valacyclovir Tablets, USP, are a generic alternative to Valtrex® Tablets currently available in 500mg or 1000mg doses and 30-or 90-count bottles. These tablets are deoxynucleoside analogue DNA polymerase inhibitors indicated for adult patients with cold sores, genital herpes, and herpes zoster, as well as pediatric patients with cold sores or chickenpox.
Felodipine Extended-Release Tablets, USP
Another new product launch is Felodipine Extended-Release Tablets. This medication is a generic for Plendil® Extended-Release Tablets, available in 2.5 mg, 5mg, or 10mg tablets in counts of 100. It is a calcium antagonist indicated for the treatment of hypertension to lower blood pressure.
Clopidegrel Tablets, USP
Finally, Clopidogrel Tablets, USP, are also a new prescription available through WPRX. This P2Y12 platelet inhibitor is a generic version of Plavix® Tablets available in 30- or 100-count, 300mg tablets. Clopidogrel Tablets are indicated for acute coronary syndrome and recent heart attack, recent stroke, or established peripheral arterial disease.
